The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines executive coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. A Coach will honor the client as the expert in his/her own life and believes every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to:
- Discover, clarify, and align with what the client’s goals, wishes & dreams
- Encourage the client to achieve self-discovery
- Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
- Hold the client responsible and accountable
In layman terms, Coaching is a one-on-one expert guidance process that helps the client to dig deep within oneself and seek out the resources to achieve one’s goals, desires & dreams and make them a reality.
There is a general tendency to confuse coaching with Counseling or Consultancy. Coaching is the best of both worlds.

I am dedicated to helping businesses and their leaders strive for success and reach their highest potential. I do this through both individual leadership coaching, team development, and advisory services. I excel in:
Executive Coaching – one-on-one personal growth and change for business leaders and managers by using our unique blend of business insights and coaching approach, seeking stakeholder feedback, accountability, and proactive guidance. My coaching is especially helpful to high potential candidates, rising executives, new entrepreneurs, and younger business managers performing first-time assignments.
Leading Small Groups – working with peer teams either inside the company or outside, options are available. I bring small groups together for regular monthly facilitation and knowledge exchange. As the Bible says “iron sharpens iron”, so we arrange these group sessions for business leaders, managers, and executives to hear from others in their same role.
Speaking – All of my associates at HeadwayExec, LLC are available for speaking engagements. We cover a wide range of topics, all centered around professional development. I have been speaking to professional groups my entire career. I am driven by my passion for helping people understand the need to accept and embrace change in their lives. My topics are ideal for conferences, workshops, and church groups. Click here
